The building, which is an open-air cinema and cultural center located in a dense residential, has a program that includes the entire public focus. The inner street extending on the north-south axis connects to the park, which is a green area in the south. Again, it establishes a relationship with the parking area in the west of the building through the open and closed surfaces on the facade along the entire facade. The building has functions including workshops, administrative centre, exhibition hall and a semi-open cinema stage.
