The project was opened by Bodrum Chamber of Commerce as a competition project. A new building was needed. The land is partially sloping. It rises gradually. There is a stream next to the land. It was turned into a pond by arranging the existing stream. The urban street was formed by disintegrating from the building. The surrounding of the pond has been transformed into an urban gathering area. With an underground stage, the building has become an urban element.
